How Broad Is Your River?
The Geological Sciences faculty at the University of North Carolina has released information showing the width of North American rivers. The river widths were calculated yesteryear processing Landsat satellite imagery of all observable rivers inwards North America.
The NARWidth information shows the width of rivers at around hateful discharge. The river information is available to download inwards vector ESRI Shapefile in addition to Comma Separated Values.
